Step 1: Collection and aggregation

Scrap collected from homes, offices and societies across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai is brought to our local aggregation points. Here, loads from hundreds of pickups are combined and prepared for sorting.

Step 2: Sorting at the Material Recovery Facility

At our material recovery facility (MRF), trained workers and machines separate the material into clean streams — white paper, cardboard, PET bottles, mixed plastic, iron, aluminium, copper, glass and e-waste. Clean, single-material streams fetch the best value from recyclers, which is exactly how we can pay you better rates.

Step 3: Baling and dispatch

Sorted material is compressed into dense bales — you may have seen these stacked cardboard and plastic cubes in scrap yards. Baling makes transport efficient and reduces the carbon footprint of moving material to recyclers.

Step 4: Recycling into new products

The bales go to authorised paper mills, plastic recyclers and metal smelters. Your old newspaper becomes fresh paper, PET bottles become fibre for clothing, and scrap metal goes back into construction and manufacturing. E-waste goes only to government-authorised dismantlers, keeping toxic material out of landfills.
